Die traditionellen Häuser, eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Garten, der viele Sitzgelegenheiten bietet und zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Lage auf der Insel ist ideal, weil man von dort schnell in Horta ist, aber auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und das Frühstück ist klein, aber sehr fein mit regionalen Produkten.
Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte erwähnen, dass man sowohl den Straßenverkehr als auch die gelegentlich startenden und landenden Flugzeuge hört.

Liebevolles Frühstück mit regionalen Speisen und Produkten. Viele selbstgemachte Spezialitäten aus dem eigenen Garten. Einfach klasse!

This place is a Haven of tranquility. The room was incredibly decorated to its minimum detail like in old times. I had a side view of the ocean and a frontal view of Pico Volcano straight away. The birds were cheerful in the afternoons in a tree right in front of my room. The breakfast was AMAZING with fresh/organic products, homemade bread, cake and jams. Freshly squeezed orange juice ( from their orchard ) and fresh brewed coffee. The breakfast was taken in a terrace overlooking the ocean, the gardens with butterflies fluttering everywhere and the airport air strip that occasionally would have airplanes pass by. Very entertaining
