Extremely clean room, particularly clean bathroom, even the joints and everything. Very comfortable bed. Very clear orders for late check-in. Nice personnel and easy check-out.
The towel support and the toilet paper support were ridiculously rusty, like really bad, I was terrified to get tetanos. Maybe A/C could be cool for summer. Bathroom was a little small but still ok.

Great location
It’s dog friendly which is great but the polished wooden stairs could be a problem for some dogs.
Parking is difficult, on street is limited to 2 hours maximum and if you try to extend this the ticket machine recognizes your license plate and refuses more time. Private parking is available but needs to be reserved in advance, it’s expensive and the reviews aren’t brilliant.

It is well situated in a quiet part of the town, near the metro to San Sebastian and Hendaye, buses and the centre. The room was basic but clean. My room was on the inside, but had a window onto the patio. Late check-out at 12.00 is useful.
The reception and check-in was fine, but there was no-one available in the morning to check-out. I wanted to leave my bag there a few hours and come back.
