My flight and driver were both very late so I wasn't going to arrive until after midnight! 🙄
Daniel, the best concierge ever, was kind enough to leave me a key card in an envelope outside along with an instructional video he made atm showing me how to access the entrance and find my room after check-in hours (because of course reception was closed and I was dreading the idea that I'd be stuck outside ringing the doorbell or banging on the door waking up everyone and their dog or just be left outside!) 😱
That was so professionally insightful and personally thoughtful of him! I cannot remember a time when any hotel would be that clever and couteous. It was a bright spot in a very frustrating day! And set the mood for my stay there. 👍
Elias, proprietor, 😍, personally serves you at your table in their incredibly opulent garden overseen by the watchful eye of their loyal dog, Bay. 🥰
I only wish I could've stayed longer. I will next time.
