My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like a home than a hotel.
Our room had a beautiful ocean view, which made every day really unforgettable. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for.
A special thank you to Anna, who was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She did everything possible to make our 3-day stay comfortable and enjoyable, and her hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast was excellent, and having a store nearby was very convenient. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
The only small downside was that speciality our room was located next to the reception area and the kitchen, so it could be a bit noisy in the mornings. It might be worth considering a better soundproofed door for this room.

The facility was clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to walk to town centre. Market very close to facility. Breakfast was provided and was good, buffet style.
It was a bit of a wait for staff to arrive to check us in as we were late arrivals so we had to wait outside for her to arrive. Good thing it wasn't raining! Staff were not pleasant at all. They certainly did not make us feel welcome. The only time in 2 weeks in the Azores that we experienced this.

I liked the location and how spacious the apartment was. The view of our room towards Pico Mountain was beautiful.
Way too many harsh cleaning products were used.
