The rooms and facilities are such a standout. The location is incredibly dreamy, with beautiful little walkways and forests surrounding a pool and natural swimming bay. We wished we could’ve enjoyed the room longer.
The room was also perfect - well designed, with modern interiors and complimentary water and even a nespresso machine. We enjoyed the little balcony outside as much as the cosy living area. It was so comfortable and luxurious with great value for money.
The shower is a bit sensitive, very hot or very cold and took a while to reach temperature. The TV settings were also locked so we couldn’t get online to login to Netflix or use screen cast. A small thing, but I think it’s common at most hotels

The main thing about this place is the perfect location - this is an incredible natural gem with so many different flowers and birds, you can hear the sound of the ocean from your room. I wasn't expecting for such large area with so many beautiful paths to walk and viewpoints to the ocean.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly
I had an issue with ants in my room, after my first night found dozens of them on the floor and inside my bag. It didn't ruin my stay cause I understand that this is part of nature but this could be very alarming for people who are sensitive. The staff was very helpful though and came to clean the room right away
Also I found the breakfast wasn't that great, although it is the same options that most of the azores offer I've found the quality and freshness a little less good than other places I stayed it

The location was great
The room had humidity issues. The breakfast was not refilled quickly enough given the number of guests, so you had to wait for eggs and other items. The pool was not clean, despite it being summer.
