Breakfast was fresh with good choices and good service. However it was only served for one hour 8.30-9.30.
The approach to the property was unkempt and unappealing. Furthermore the steep incline made parking quite a challenge with no room to manoeuvre.
We arrived an hour early at 2.00pm and were not allowed in even though we found later that there was a bar and lounge area that we could quite easily have waited until our room was ready.
On checking in the property smelt musty.
We were staying in Room 9 up three flights of stairs. The room was small and appeared clean. There was no drinking water, no fridge no tissues.
Finally the bathroom. It was the smallest bathroom I have ever encountered. I literally couldn’t turn around in it. Obviously it became very steamed up when taking a shower.
