It’s in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the estuary/beach, and excellent restaurant and pubs. And because it’s a short walk from them, the property is quiet at night.

Perfect location for us with easy access to Instow and the ferry to Appledore. Room was a good size and very comfortable. The piece of cake was well received!

Welcoming hosts, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is simply unbelievable, Perfect in every way. 5 minute walk down to the village. Parking right outside. There were 8 of us on a golf tour, great location for the courses. Rooms were split to twins for us. Fresh cakes every day when we arrived back was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Would highly recommend
