Nice hotel away from the action

Quiet location away from downtown, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. No loud fans. Great breakfast for purchase. Very helpful reception staff, nice lobby. Pack your own flip flops if you intend to use the spa.

no nearby stores or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, other than hotel restaurant.

La chambre est agréable Hôtel bien situé

Manque de propreté essentiellement en salle de repas. Un restaurant de faible qualité Le personnel pas à l'écoute sauf l'acceuil et pas vraiment au service du client. C'est un hôtel surcoté qui ne correspond pas à l'attente pour un 4 étoiles. Déçu je ne reviendrais pas

Kényelmes szálloda, elfogadhatatlan pénzügyi elszámolási rendszerrel

Jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda, tiszta tágas szoba, választékos reggeli. Kedves személyzet. A szálloda besorolásának megfelel.

A mai napig nem sikerült a szállodának elkészítenie a pénzügyi elszámolást, és visszautalnia a túlfizetésből adódó különbözetet. A szálloda ugyanis kauciót szed be a bejelentkezéskor, amit a kijelentkezéskor nem ad vissza, hanem majd egyszer...Az elfogyasztott reggeli árát nem vonja le, hanem majd egyszer...A leadott szobát a vendéggel senki nem ellenőrzi, így később olyan problémát "tárhat fel", amit csak akar. Így a kaució beszedésének értelmét sem értem.Jelenleg már két hete az elszámolásra várunk.

Hotel kon geen kamer aanbieden ondanks de reservering

Personeel was vriendelijk en het eten in het restaurant was goed

had een kamer geboekt bij Booking.com en bevestigd door het hotel, bij aankomst was de reservering nog niet binnen en bleek het hotel vol te zitten waardoor ik ineens dakloos was.

O café da manhã foi delicioso e tinha metrô e ponto de ônibus bem pertinho. O front desk bem atencioso e gentil. O tamanho do quarto foi excelente e muito confortável.

Hotel sowie die Lage ist super.

Die Unterkunft war sauber , das Personal sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück standen oftmals die Tische voller Geschirr. Das Abräumen war nicht so ganz in Ordnung.

Alles Top

Tolles Hotel, schöne , ruhig gelegene, geräumige Zimmer, super nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor Ort mit definitiv ausreichend Platz.

Wenn man abends länger weg ist, blieb sogar am Wochenende nur Bolt oder Ähnliches, da die Metro nicht mehr fuhr und mit Busen oft noch 30 min Fußweg warteten

Top Trip Amsterdam.

Very nice, chic, modern 4* hotel. Super friendly staff, fabulous room, everything worked. The Caribbean European Fusion restaurant in the hotel was superb! #2 tram is 200m away and is the perfect route into Amsterdam, stopping at all key tourist locations. All on all, a fantastic venue, absolutely nothing bad to say.

Disappointed with the closure of the facilities as it was for my sons 18th , false advertising!

The property was clean & comfortable , refreshments were available from different locations , the restaurant bar was fab & the little drinks & snacks kiosk was handy.

All leisure facilities were closed we could not access the gym , pool , sauna or spa . The only reason I booked this hotel was for the leisure facilities for my sons 18th so extremely disappointed as it was advertised as open upon booking our stay .

Понравилось все. Первый раз в отеле, к которому у меня нету ни одного замечания, вот просто не к чему придраться. Может, если бы мы там прожили более суток, то нашлось бы. Все продуманно, красиво, идеально чисто, все работало, все в отличном состоянии, как мебель, так и техника. Замечательный персонал, лобби, ресторан, магазин, парковка. Метро в 5 минутах и до центра минут 15 ехать на нем.

Впервые в жизни - нету такого. Как правило, даже в дорогих отелях, что то да не так. Что то может не работать, чего то нету в номере, где то подряпаная мебель или есть грязь. Но не здесь.

Great FIVE Star experience in the given PRICE.

Location is perfect with a 3 min walk from a metro station. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. During the stay we tried food at a place with 10 min walking distance called Benji's. (Must Visit)

To be honest, there is nothing that I didn't like.

Great value for money

The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom, me and my friends liked the hotel facilities and perks, it was really easy to get to the city center via the number 2 tram, and the price for 3 people was really good, especially considering how pricey Amsterdam is!

Todo perfecto

Habitación limpia, personal súper amables!! Y ubicación perfecta ya que tiene una parada de tranvía a 2 minutos andando. Perfecto para moverse por Amsterdam!! Tiene trabajadores Españoles y eso es un plus si no sabes inglés ya que te echan una mano con tus dudas.

Amazing short stay, with friendly staff

The hotel itself is beautiful, and welcoming. The local transport is really good and made travelling around a lot easier surf its variety. The rooms were clean and have a good amount of space and amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The music from the restaurant was a little loud but didn’t ruin our stay.

Muy buen hotel, aunque alejado del centro.

La habitación es muy espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, con dos almohadas también muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy bueno; variado, bien presentado, limpio, bien atendido y de buena calidad. El personal es muy atento en general y te ayudan en cualquier cosa que necesites. En la habitación hay hervidor, cafetera, una nevera pequeña y se agradece.

El hotel está lejos del centro de la ciudad. Si bien es cierto que hay una parada de metro y otra de tranvía a 500m, se tardan unos 25min en metro y 35min en tranvía en hacer el trayecto. El suelo de la habitación estaba un poco sucio, con goterones de algo...

Matig hotel, maar zeker oké voor 2 nachten.

Op loopafstand de metro. De verzorgde uitstraling in het onthaal en restaurant. Alsook in de kamers.

Te weinig zuurstof in de kamer. De airco zelf maakte veel lawaai, zette je de airco uit dan had je het geluid van de afzuiging dat gans de nacht bleef duren. Je kon ook geen raam openzetten. De airco zelf regelen was al een karwei. Midden in de nacht ging ineens de zonnewering omhoog. Dit was even schrikken want het maakte ontzettend veel lawaai. Nadien sprong dan de t.v. ineens op. Dit gaven we de volgende ochtend door aan het onthaal en er kwam een technieker langs om te kijken. Die heeft niet zoveel kunnen doen. Probleem met een sensor. Bij aankomst was de kamer heel netjes, enkel vroeg ik voor de lege ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash) aan te vullen want dit was leeg bij aankomst. Ook dit gaven we door aan de receptie en ze kwamen dit oplossen. Het kussen zelf was veel te hard en te hoog voor mij. Dus voor mensen die niet kunnen wennen aan een hotelkussen, breng zeker je eigen kussen mee. 😄 Het ontbijt zag er op het eerste zicht goed uit. Veel keuze... maar helaas beviel ons enkel de vele keuze aan granola etc, het vers fruit was echt vers. De broodjes waren hard en droog. Heel jammer. Ook het spek en roerei was echt niet lekker. Confituur en choco kwam allemaal uit een dispenser. Chemische boel dus. De ontbijtruimte/loungebar was wel heel leuk ingericht. Zouden we terugkomen naar dit hotel, jammer genoeg niet. Parking (niet ondergronds) was ook duur. 25 euro per dag. Voor een wagen die gewoon buiten staat.

Will be back again

As usual, (I’ve stayed here 3 times now), this hotel managed to exceed my expectations. Such comfortable bed and close proximity to the metro and train. Nice quiet neighbourhood and amazing reception welcome. Thank you to the hotel for such a nice stay.

I could’ve received more help from one of the (male, with dark hair - can’t remember his name) reception workers as he was a little dismissive with my queries. But thankfully the other receptionists were accommodating and helpful

Ik ben al een paar keer bij Corendon city hotel geweest. Maar nu waren alle kamers vernieuwd. Receptie. Alles gewoon. Ziet er heel mooi uit. Gezellige leuke sfeer. Aanrader.

Clean, comfortable but could improve the breakfast. Gym was being renovated which was a big minus.

Location is good for me (near to where my daughter lives). I like the large windows in the room.

Breakfast was not great. Attention should be paid to details (orange juice was like water - separated). Bacon was like rubber. Gym was not available due to renovations.

Enjoyable stay with great staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We used their bag storage facility to drop our bags off before heading into Amsterdam for some sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable. Will book again.

Just the best!

The room was luxurious and very large with an enormous comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from and at a reasonable price. The location was great with the metro about 3 minutes walk away, and the number 2 tram into town about 6 minutes walk away. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. We'd definitely stay there again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is also pretty good

The twin beds were a bit noisy and the shower was not draining very well.

Breakfast was not good - slightly warm food rather than hot food and wasn't fresh. Spa and pool were closed and this is the main reason for choosing this hotel. Distance from the centre was much further than advertised online. Room was fine and clean - nothing special. communal areas lovely and the restaurant was fabulous. Staff friendly.
