Location was fabulous. Short walk to beach, bars, dining.
San Sebastian is dense with people and street parking is hard to come by, if you have a car. We were lucky to find the Igara Car Park which was free but: needs to be renewed every 24 hours, was 60 minutes walk/ 24 minutes bus away from pension San telmo.

The location was excellent, ten minute walk from both beaches, right next to old town restaurants and even a grocery store. I would want to stay in that part of town again.
It was very loud, we could hear people in the bars until 4 am, then at 7 am the construction started, we didn’t get much sleep. No air conditioning.

It was very central and close to everything.
Getting by car was not the easiest, parking was even worse. The pension has a garage for only one car a bit further away from the pension, so if any of the other gests uses it you will have to find another parking spot and it was very expensive or nothing available close by. Using that parking spot costs 18€/night.
The rooms have just what you need, the beds were a big hard. The shower was nice.
