Lovely hotel, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for Mt Ijen.
Pool smaller than expected and not particularly appealing but unnecessary as we only stayed one night for Ijen

The staff they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable The air con wasn’t working on arrival and could not be fixed so had to move room staff could not have been more apologetic and assisted with the move and even gave a complimentary fruit and sweet platter
