Helpful and friendly staff once you get to know them, good water pressure, nice desk in the deluxe room, which is large and has a big cabinet to hold your possessions.
There were certainly plenty of ants. A few amenities missing, like toilet paper. Also the way the bed is positioned it's a little hard to get around the room.

Clean and helpful staff...
The property is clean for the ground floor. But room upstairs where I stay there is spider web... Broken duvet and sheets... Hot water is working fine...

Easy access.
The room was old, very old. Bad toilet and bath. Ants and other crawling things almost into our bed.
Noise from a broken Airconditioning.
We hated it.
