Amazing stay at Sans Borobudur! The staff were so lovely and friendly,we had good chats! They helped us organise things, and brought us our meals up to the room when required, which was a lovely touch. Always smiling, always happy to help, what a great place! Good location in a quiet area of Banyuwangi, easy for Grabs to find, great location for Ijen hike and all sorts.
We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this place!

Pemandangan dari kamar sy di Lt. 3 menghadap ke selat Bali sehingga di pagi hari bisa melihat sunrise/matahari terbit yang indah. Pemandangan ini indah karena tidak terhalang pohon atau rumah walaupun penginapan ini ada di perumahan
Kamarnya tidak sesuai dengan harga dan tidak sesuai dengan foto2 yang saya lihat di Google atw di Booking.com Kamar dilantai 3 aksesnya buruk khususnya dari Lantai 2 ke Lantai 3 karena tangganya dari besi tdk layak. Kamar mandi kotor, Amenities tidak tersedia di kamar. Handuknya nggak jelas. TV nya tidak tau harus bgmn utk cari channel. Kamar yang katanya suite, anak2 sy tidak suka. Kamar mandi yg tidak jelas, ukuran yg tidak terlalu luas. Belum lagi pada malam kami tiba, di ruang bawah dekat kolam renang, disuguhi lagu2 seperti ditempat diskotik dengan volume yg kencang, sangat mengganggu. Di Lobby kursi tidak tersedia sesuai dengan jumlah mejanya. Teman saya prnh menginap di SANS Borobudur Solo, dan dia berharap akan sama bagusnya dengan disana. Tp ternyata sangat jauh berbeda. Kl tempat ini dikelola dengan benar, staff nya diedukasi dg baik, pasti akn jadi tempat penginapan yang sangt bagus.
