Situated in Park City, this attractive house for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Incredible Location - roll out of bed and hit coffee at Java Cow, after the slopes grab a margarita and great dinner on Main Street, shopping day or night. All walkable. Can walk to Town Lift for Park City and free transportation from town. We are on Park Avenue near top of Main. A standalone home - this not a condo, has it's own hot tub, side and front porch, no stomping above you. Tasteful and historic home - nicely furnished, full kitchen. Great for Sundance. This is a beautiful, historic home built around the turn of the century and recently updated. The house is small but comfortable for a family of four to six due to the large living space. The house is very well appointed yet also very livable. You Are An Easy One Block Walk To Main Street Dining, Buses, Action And An Easy Stroll To Quittin' Time Ski Run. You enter the house from Park Avenue, which is literally down a staircase to upper Main Street (next to Egyptian Theater), through a classic porch with rocking chair. The downstairs living area is all hardwood floor, the living room has a 39 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD machine and DVD library. There is a pullout sofa-bed love seat. It also has a gas stove and nice furniture to relax in. The separate dining room has a large wood table and chairs. The kitchen and bath have been fully remodeled. The kitchen is fully stocked with an island. Fully Furnished, new dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer. The bath has a fairly large bathtub and nice strong shower. Outside of the kitchen is a side deck with hot tub. It also has a comfortable seating area. Much of it is covered so it is possible to sit here even in the winter. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with a view of the street. There are many drawers. The smaller bedroom has a full bed and shelving and a view of the backside of the house. The bedrooms are accessed from a narrow steep staircase. The house is ideal for a family of four-six who wants convenience and easy access to town. We are literally a few steps from everything on Main Street. You can walk two minutes down Main street and catch the town lift to the Park City Resort or a free bus shuttle to Deer Valley Resort. I used to be in the film industry, this location is perfect for Sundance. You could easily take a taxi to the house and never drive anywhere but if you have a car, there is easy permitted street parking usually in front of house(house comes with one parking permit, otherwise you do get tickets). We have never had a problem with parking, even during high season! I have a property manager who lives in Park City and is very responsive when you are staying at house. Proximity to Main St made the difference. The only downside is parking. We had to find a lot for our second car. Not easy during the Festival. But the host was great and very responsive.

We were not checked into the property until 7:30 that night, 3 1/2 hours after the stated check in time. Sat out front in car running the whole time. I emailed owner at 10:00 am then 5 more times all the way up to 7:30 pm, never responded to any of my emails. We were concerned we were going to be stranded during spring break, pretty scary. VRBO was working on finding us other lodging at a Best Western 7 miles away when we were paying for a house 1 block off of main street for 5 nights. I liked the charm of a house built in the late 1800's and therefore not complaining about that at all. Shower stall have broken shelf which is a severe hazard to cut yourself should you bump into it. Having sidewalk and porch shoveled would have been nice. Had not been shoveled all winter. The owner after stranding us the first night never bothered to call and apologize, just an email which said "sorry" at 7:35 pm. Overall, really disappointed and the owner should reconsider this business if this is how he treats people. Usually, I never want a vacation to end, always seem to short, we were ready to leave today because of owner and property.

The house is in a perfect location just a few steps away from main street. the house is not fancy or luxurious but has the needed essentials for a good trip. only thing to take into account to account that if you get in during a big snow storm, you may need to shovel your parking space access. It was not a big deal for me since we arrived early enough but would have been a major inconvenience had we arrived later in the night or even if i would not have been physically able to do so. I was extremely happy with our visit.

Beware of the fact that there is no a/c. We had a couple of unusually warm days during our stay. Not super clean...but a very cute home in an incredibly great location.

Such an awesome house in the heart of Old Town! Totally perfect for a snowboard trip and the hot tub was incredible after the slopes! We’ll definitely be back, this place is great.

We stayed at Yalda's property for 2 weeks this winter, and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was in a prime location, well furnished and had everything we needed. We loved that at the end of a day of skiing, we could pretty much ski to a set of stairs that led us right back to the house, that was fantastic. The hot tub was also great, and worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again for future trips to Park City.

This stay was in a wonderful area if you're staying there to ski at Park City Mountain. It was nearby many restaurants, shops, and breweries. The kitchen was stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you're there skiing for a few days to a week!

We had a great C-19 getaway here. The place was very cozy and located near everything. 5 min walk to the lift. Hot tub was the perfect end to a ski day. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was like home away from home. Loved it!

Yes this is an old house, but it has a lot of charm. Furnishings are all comfortable and there are plenty of throws and space heaters. Main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and full bath. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The stairs are tricky (narrow and steep) but grab handles are provided. There is also a fenced deck (which was great for my dogs) with hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything works except the exhaust fan over the stove and the ice maker in the fridge - neither was a big deal for us. We rented for a week as a working/hiking/vacation. The internet and TV/satellite all worked great. We both were able to spread out our work on the large dining table. The fireplace in the living room is nice and provides a lot of heat - and keeps the upstairs very warm! The size was perfect for the 2 of us. I think you could house 4 people comfortably - the living room, dining room and hot tub are about sized for that. We were able to park right in front of the house every day with no issues. Street is narrow so fold in your mirrors! The one issue we had was conflicting info on garbage day. We were told it was Thursday but they came on Friday. Overall we were very happy with our stay, felt the price was fair, and are already talking about coming back next year.

Very cute house located steps away from Main Street (where all the action happens). Enjoyed the hot tub on the side deck. I would stay again next time I am in Park City.

Overall a good experience. Kitchen clock needs battery. Upstairs is hot and fan/tv didnt work; saved by the pullout couch downstairs. You've done a nice job with property.
