Nestled in Estes Park, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Mills Drive Guest Cottage (Estes Valley License #6001) is located between downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There are great views of Long's Peak and surrounding mountains. It sleeps two persons on a queen bed. It is fully equipped for light housekeeping. Mills Drive is a well-maintained road that goes into Rocky Mountain National Park. This property is convenient to all the activities and attractions of the area. It is only a 2 or 3 minute walk to a stop on the Estes Park Free Summer Shuttle. Due to the COVID19 pandemic check-in and check-out is done with no or minimal in-person contact with guests.

we spent our honeymoon here and it was beautiful! we caught some great views and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. the in-house laundry was a lifesaver and it was so nice having a full kitchen to utilize while traveling. 100% would recommend staying here, as we are sure to return in the future.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed plus great views of the mountains. We loved the proximity to Rocky Mountain NP Beaver Meadows entrance. We loved that we could walk to The Rock Inn for dinner. Jay and his wife are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We would stay here again

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It is comfortable, well maintained and has everything you need for a trip to RMNP. Being close to the gate, we could be there in minutes to enter for our 6am timed entry and get to Bear Lake to park. Jay is a warm informative host who clearly knows and loves the area.
We made a few meals, didn’t have to deal with the chaos and traffic of the town unless we needed something there. The more remote location was perfect. We walked to the Rock Inn for a great dinner our last night. What a gem.
We hope to stay again, and highly recommend.

We came to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and this was a perfect location! Just minutes from the Park entry gate! Estes Park is a cute little town and it is just a few minutes from the cottage and Jay is a wonderful host!

My partner and I were impressed from the moment we walked in. It was clean and welcoming! Short drive to the Beaver Meadow entrance made it easy to truly enjoy the experience!

We loved the closeness to the park and this VRBO was very clean and
had everything we could want. We were comfortable coming back at the end of the day and the soaking tub was great after hiking. It was fun to bird watch and enjoy the views both in the morning, and at night. Rocky Mountain park is great. Be sure to spend as much time as you can there, as there is so much to see.

It has everything I need. Very quiet and clean. The neighborhood is a little bit rustic. For my trip, I just wanted a quick getaway before my vacation was over. So this cabin suits me perfectly.

House was perfect! Exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay! Located just outside of entrance to RMNF and within minutes of downtown.

the Mills Cottage was s a cozy place to relax and unwind from a day spent in RMNP and Estes Park! This was one of the top places we have stayed in terms of cleanliness! I don’t think I have ever seen chrome fixtures sparkle like they do here! Jay is very accommodating and gave great advice about the area. Loved that there was a gas grill so we could grill steaks one night too! Great for a couple to get away!

A great location super clean and very homey the owners thought of everything you would need for a stay if that’s for a weekend or a week the location is quite with wild life all around sometimes in the early mornings you will here elk close by calling to each other and you might see a mule deer also.The Owners are great very friendly and will give you tips on where to sight see .Overall a great stay thank you Jay !

Very clean and updated cottage, fully furnished, equipped kitchen. Gravel path to cottage from parking area. Beautiful Mountain View’s from back balcony overlooking seasonal stream. Very close to YMCA conference center. The small refrigerator fit under the countertop. Plenty of counter space. Manger on site and very helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the cottage! The location could not have been any better as we loved the convenient proximity to RMNP. The views were wonderful, and the cottage was clean and well appointed. To top it all off, Jay was an excellent host who was responsive and available to us. We were so sad for our trip to end, but we know where we will be returning to for our future trips to Estes Park. Thank you for the amazing stay, Jay!

With it being a large open room containing the sleeping, living and kitchen area, space was ideal for my husband and I. I would also imagine it would be fine for a couple with 1 or 2 small children. We never tired of the mountain views. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and enjoyed our little downtime in front of the fireplace. Location was super convenient to RMNP which was also a bonus. It was also super close to restaurants, a grocery store and other Estes Park businesses.

Location was great -- just minutes from the park entrance. The cottage had plenty of kitchen implements making meal prep a breeze. Note: the dorm fridge has only a tiny freezer, but overall a clean, comfortable place to enjoy the quiet and views.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer made it easy to care for our clothes. Since we spent our days and evenings in RMNP, the location made it very easy to access the park. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a couple constructive suggestions. The blow dryer needs updating. It took 30 minutes to dry my hair which normally takes 5 minutes. Also noted some mold in shower tiles and tile emblem. Kitchen was very well equipped with quite a bit of counter space. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect! Will definitely consider staying again.

Very clean, well equipped. My only negative thing to say is that the pull out sofa extremely uncomfortable. We had to take the mattress off of it and have on the floor.

Very clean and tidy. The cottage had everything that we needed, including an ice chest to use for our trips into the park. We went into the park early in the morning (less than 5 min drive) and returned for a few hours in the afternoon. Then we went back to the park for the evening. The host was very responsive to our inquiries both before we came and while we were there.

We loved our 3 night stay in this cozy, clean, and comfortable cabin located just 5 minutes from the entrance to RMNP. Such a convenient spot for getting into the park. Fully equipped with all the basics you need as well. Peaceful location outside of the busy tourist zone in town with a beautiful view from the back deck. Fast friendly communication with the owner, who gave great tips/suggestions for the park as well. Thanks Jay! Hope to come back again someday!

A perfect little spot in a great location right outside our RMNP. This place is conveniently located in away from the crowds in Estes Park. Comfortable bed and nice views.

Perfect spot after a day exploring!
This studio was the perfect place to retreat after a day exploring RMNP or Estes Park. Well-equipped rental with great communication and attention from the owners who are next door. The small porch is perfect to take off wet shoes after getting caught in a Rocky Mountain thunderstorm on the trails The little balcony overlooking a creek with lots of birdsong was perfect for starting OR ending the day. Would absolutely return!

Nice cabin near RMNP
The cabin is super close to Rocky Mountain National Park, which was great! We didn't spend a lot of time there aside from sleeping, but we really enjoyed our stay! The bed is comfortable, the shower is nice, and the cabin had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great close location for our trip to RMNP. Just a short 5 minute drive to the entrance of the park. House was clean and had a great view too! Jay was welcoming and very responsive.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we explored Rocky Mountain National park. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice views from the back deck. We highly recommend this location.

The check in process was very easy and this home was in close proximity to all the events that the weekend held for us! Jim was extremely polite and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
