Access to a pool - very useful in the Cartagena heat; Adequate breakfast; Close proximity to the tourist area of Getsemaní; Comfortable bed and AC; They gave us a bedroom right in front of the pool, which was very convenient for us
Water pressure in the shower is not to my liking (a bit weak); The ceiling was leaking in the washroom; Not much variety in breakfast - the same food served every day (The food was good, just would be nice to have a bit of variety, especially when staying for a couple of days)

The staff is very professional. The property is not right in the middle of the main bustling Street so your are not blasted with cars with load speakers though you hear some late at night.
Internet connection was spotty at times so if you’re planing to bring your office computer to check here and there, be prepared to use your own hotspot.

The location is great.
The TV’s aren’t smart TV’s so you only have a few channels and image is very bad.
