Truly wonderful staff, they helped every way they could. The room was very clean. We stayed there during the excessive heat, and the AC was working good. The exceptional point for us was the hotel bikes. Rimini is a bike-friendly town and from the hotel to the historic center is around 15 min biking, we went everywhere we wanted by bikes easily. Hope it helps.
The only thing we should have paid attention to was the unavailability of fridge in the room. We asked and the staff gave us ice at the reception. It worked out ok. The room has thin walls and you hear everything.

The location is great, the view is dreamy (from the room with the balcony and sea view), parking is next to hotel and the staff is very friendly. There is a good restaurant nearby, which was recommended by the receptionist.
I don’t know if I’m doing the hotel an injustice, but all the equipment is totally outdated, just like it was 20 years ago. I’ve never seen an older hair dryer before. There is no privacy on the balcony as you can look into the next room and see everything that other guests are doing on their balcony. We payed more than 100 euros for one night and it really wasn't worth it (a reasonable price would be at least half less), so I conclude that we paid only for the view. The room is very, very small, including the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, no surplus, although sweet lovers are likely to enjoy it. As we walked around Rimini, we noticed that all the hotels are similary and very old, some would say below average or low cost, only a few are a little more up to par. So maybe this is a kind of standard for Rimini but I really wouldn't spend my entire vacation here.
