This hotel welcomed us from our long car and subway ride, and we felt like we could shed our travel stress immediately. They gave us a welcome drink, and were very nice to our little dog. We are light sleepers, and there was some street noise the first night, so not only did they move us, for the second night, but they also refunded us some money because the 2nd room was smaller. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. The hotel has really nice design touches, including many large and lovely photographs by Janine Neipce. We definitely plan to stay here again.

The bed was comfortable
Check in and check out was confusing.
The smell at the lobby is unbearable, smells like bad toilet smell.
Rooms are too small.
No parking.
We requested rooms next to each other, but they couldn’t fulfill that request.
