1.Room has terrace
2.There was a back garden
3.There is a roof garden
1.But they did not tell that terrace is looking to a construction site , plants on terrace was dried .
2.Back garden was forbidden in the morning😂

Acc to one reception girl untill 11:00 am
Acc to another reception man untill12:00
3.The roofgarden was closed after 16:00 on sundays , which we were there.
I asked is all these written somewhere or in Booking.com , they said yes but nobody could show me any document.
I think they should decrease the pricelevel untill construction works finish , or they should clearly let the clients know what is going on there.
And I think the hotel owner does not know that the employes destroying hotel image!!

My fourth time staying here and the staff are always really welcoming, it’s in a great location and the rooms are super comfortable.

The hotel is well designed by legendary boutique hotel designer Philippe Starck.
Than said, it's pretty much the same ideas he had from 20 years ago, so nothing new.
The materials and details in the room meet my expectations of a Philippe Starck hotel.
The breakfast in the lobby is good but service tends to be on the slow side.
The staff are generally friendly and helpful at the front desk, but they seem over stretched when there are more than one guest checking in.
The roof top restaurant, with view of Eiffel Tower, is the best part of the stay.
Although the neighborhood is charming, it's a bit out of the way from the center of Paris where the museums, cafes, and restaurants are located. Going anywhere requres at least one (to two) changes on the Metro, and UBER to the center (where you want to be) might cost over 10 Euros (or more), depending on which arondisment your'e going.
My bed is a bit too soft for my taste, and the bedding is too warm for this Parisian summer (it would have been fine for winter but I think they have the same bedding year round).
