Nice, clean apartment with enjoyable balcony in beautiful neighborhood. Near stores, restaurants and supermarket. Well stocked kitchen, with utensils, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and electric water kettle. Comfortable bathroom, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Asked when we would arrive, which was well before their check in time. Hoped to be able to drop our luggage off early and was very pleased that the apartment was ready (and we were allowed)to move in hours before the official check in time. Much appreciated! The apartment was very comfortable.
It was a beautiful older building that (likely) did not originally have an elevator. Was glad they were able to "shoehorn" a small elevator in (to move luggage upstairs or down) but I'm claustrophobic and it was small; frequently sent my wife and sister up on the elevator while I used the stairs. (Not a big deal.)

Lovely property and beautiful owner greeting us.
Needed dishcloth & tea towel.
Front apartments a little noisy but did not detract from lovely experience here - thank you!

The location was excellent and very convenient.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the sofa bed was not comfortable either. The towels were not very clean, and only one towel was provided per person.
