The room was clean and bright, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Ideal location in Södermalm near tons of shops, cafes, and transit.
I wish there had been an armoire/closet for clothes.

Location, feel. We have stayed here several times in the past. The breakfast and breakfast area staff are outstanding as are the cleaning staff and some of the front desk people.
The check in was not service oriented. The hotel guests seem to be an afterthought. On the evening of our departure the entire bar and restaurant areas/rooms (inside and out) were only for a gathering of an outside organization (ironically the Best Western Hotel group).
