Perfetto per noi

Posizione ottima. Passando la giornata in giro per le spiagge abbiamo apprezzato la comodità di raggiungere il centro a piedi in due minuti per viversi la vita di Ciutadella senza spostare la macchina. Pulizia eccellente Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente Possibilità di fare una buona colazione in hotel (senza necessità di prenotazione) Disponibilità del personale Ombrelloni e acqua a disposizione su richiesta Climatizzatore

Come da descrizione, non è disponibile il parcheggio. Nel nostro caso abbiamo (fortunatamente) sempre trovato posto di fronte all'hotel, a volte facendo più giri dell'isolato. In alternativa ci sono due ampi parcheggi disponibili a 200 mt. che ovviamente in base all'orario di arrivo possono essere più o meno pieni.

A family run hotel in the city

We have stayed here many times and always get a good welcome from the family centred team. The city location is ideal for us and having quiet rear pool is good. It is also convenient for the bus from Maó and also for walking to the beach Platja Gran.

There's nothing to dislike which is why this was our 7th visit.

Very good

The hotel is actually in the same road as the bus stop to/from Mao (not to be confused with the bus station for more local trips). And it was nice to have a continental breakfast there, at 4 Euro each.

Location, hygiene and comfort especially. Facilities were great but bar was devoid of everything as end of season.

Young bar man too busy on his phone to provide any service.

Great value for money in Ciutadella

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of tips to navigate the city and accessing the beaches. The pool was a huge bonus – it was great to relax and cool off after exploring the streets of Ciutadella. Everything you need to see is a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious.

Improved amenities in the room would have been nice (e.g., extra pillows and proper hand soap).

Perfect!

The perfect location for us on our honeymoon. It felt like a really nice family run hotel…very personable and quaint. The room was ideal. Clean and spacious. A nice character to it. Decent air conditioning, nice balcony with a cool rustic view over a small park. The swimming pool is small and cute…but also very quiet and nice to cool down in at the end of the day. The main square and harbour is only 5min walk…so many lovely cafes and restaurants! We walked to a variety of great little beaches (10-20min)… Recommend the botanical quarry too (40min walk inland). My favourite part of the day was nipping down and having the breakfast. Simple but very satisfying. Don’t forget to dip your croissant in the coffee ;) Thanks for a beautiful trip!

Good stay for a decent price

The location of this hotel is very good and the price is very decent. There were many restaurants within walking distance and the city beach is nearby too.

Cozy place close enough to the old town

Such a nice and cozy place located close enough to the old town. Really warm people all of its staff, helping us whenever needed. Have not had the change to try the breakfast but for sure will do that next time when we will be here again. The rooms possess sufficient space and the cleaning has been done regularly, no complaints here. Would be staying here again for sure on our next trip to Menorca

A perfect stay in a perfect city

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. The room was clean and quiet. Good value breakfast as well as laundry facilities. Swimming pool was great to chill around in late afternoon. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They showed me the places to eat, rent bicycles, and are always up for a chat. Thank you. They are also very environmentally conscious. Recycling, reducing unnecessary cleaning and washing. Well done!

The staff were very lovely, very helpful and reactive. the pool is beautiful. The bus station which is 5 minutes away is superb! I enjoyed my stay there. Regrets not to spend longer time .Highly recommended !!

Stunning location, just 5' far walking from the Ciutadella centre. The location is very quiet and close to some markets. The hotel crew was very nice and helpful.

If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs or headphones with noise-cancelling, 'cause there is no level of sound-proofing...we heard the neighbourhood's light button turning on and off! The room is quite basic, and the bathroom is quite small with no vents (or not working).

Small hotel, has all services of 4 star hotels. Everything was great. Especially lady at the reception desk and Javier helped a lot. It is first time I didn't see any minuses.

We stayed 3 nights at hotel Geminis and it was very nice! The staff was really friendly, the rooms very clean and it was possible to have breakfast for 4 Euros per person.

Fabulous modern Friendly and clean.

Beautiful hotel not far from main bus stop and town centre I was surprised it only had 2 stars as its fabulous and clean and has a lovely little balcony. Definitely we found a gem in Geminis.

A very enjoyable trip to Ciutadella

The hotel is very well situated in Ciutadella, being in the heart of the town. Main bus stop to Mahon is approx 150-200 metres away and only a 10 min walk to the port. The room was a perfect size, not to big or small and was cleaned and serviced every day. I ate breakfast in the hotel which I enjoyed. The owners and staff were very friendly and very welcoming.

I don't have anything I didn't like about the hotel.
