Great location right on Camino Inglés which we were doing so passed on the way in. 10min walk from cathedral. Very comfy beds and shutters so got a good sleep
Shower was superb when got it to work but there was a knack to get it on. So wasn’t able to shower after completing camino. Was also a bath which was a bonus but no plug. Staff sorted out the issue within an hour or so but were no staff on site to resolve sooner. But wound stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Clara hotel, very pleasant & helpful staff, great location to centre of the Old town & beautiful cathedral, shops, restaurants & bars ❣️ Beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine!
Bus to & from the airport costs only €1 per person & stops right by the hotel both ways, brilliant value
A fridge in the room to have cold drinks as the weather was 31'degrees, also having no Air conditioning but we did have a fan !

Location às it is close to à bus stop coming directly from the airport.
No air conditioning and the fan was toooo noisy
