Wonderful location just by the lake with excellent services, including very good restaurant and bicycles for free. Lovely lake view from breakfast/restaurant room in the old main Herrgårds-building ! Clearly higher 4 star level
The rooms are not in the main building (for obvious reasons of space etc) but are small and less characteristic. We had normal double room and bathroom is basic but functional. Not really 4star level. To be improved: cleaning of common areas.

The staff was very friendly, and made sure that we would be able to check in, even if we arrived late. The property is absolutely beautiful and walkable, with great views and easy pathways to the lake. The rooms were also very nice!
Location was relatively far from the central area of Gothenburg (45 minutes), and the restaurant at the hotel was closed that day so our dining option were a little limited.

The setting was beautiful as it was by a lake.
The facility and rooms where we stayed were like dorm rooms in a college. I expected by the photo advertising that we were staying in the beautiful white house.
