The location is absolutely perfect, near the train station and town centre. The room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The pillows are so comfortable! I usually hate hotels' stiff and cheap piloows, but these were soft and comfy.
The breakfast is great, and the staff is lovely and helpful.

A good breakfast with a lot of choice, including separate gluten free section.
Friendly and helpful staff who provided service with a smile.
Guest lounge with free tea/ coffee/ fruit where friends could wait for you.
The steps at the front door up to reception could have done with something to help you pull your luggage up like ‘ramp rails’. The automatic front door was helpful.

I liked the location in the city centre, next to the train station.
The room was small and the sound insulation was problematic.
