The location, and it filled all our needs.
Really bad smell in the utility room, however this said we visited at the start of the season so there was likely to be a build up in the waste pipes.

Fabulous property very well located 2 mins from beach and town. The property was fantastic very well equipped for 3 families spotlessly clean like home from home. Hosts amazing nothing too much trouble. Hopefully see you next year

Lovely food. Angela was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed chatting about horror films too.
Bathroom a bit small and sunlight shining through the curtains at 4am didnt help my sleep. Didnt spoil my enjoyment though 😊
