The room had everything that’s needed and a good size considering it had a king size bed and bunk bed. The location is perfect near cinema beach pier and the shopping strip. Would defo stay here again
The bathroom was a little small as a plus size girl I just fit in and the corridor getting to the room is thin but that’s a me problem rest of the family found it fine

The location of the guesthouse was perfect
The mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced or at least turned, it dipped a lot. A teenager can't sit up on the bottom bunk bed. The shelf above the basin is too close to the basin, making brushing your teeth awkward. The shower squeaks when you turn it on and the door of the shower does not shut smoothly.

Great location, the housekeeper was lovely and helpful, the room had a balcony.
Wooden single glazed door to balcony means you can hear noises in the street very prominently
Cigarette burns on bed linen, i showed this to who I believe was the manager who said it wasn't a burn, but it definitely was and I just told him I don't smoke so don't want the blame for it. Ive attached photos of the burns that apparently are not burns.
The shower head is too big and because of limited water flow the water dribbled out so difficult to get a shower. 2 sachets of shower get and a small bar of soap is not sufficient for 2 adults for 4 days. Neither is two cheap toilet rolls, thankfully I took some extra rolls with me because I've had this problem before
Bed mattress is terrible and not comfortable at all. I did notice this in a review from a while ago so assumed it may have been addressed but it hadnt it was terrible. The 4 poster bed is cheap frame badly put together so just rattles if you move around.
No shelf in shower cubicle to put shower gel or soap, therefore you had to keep popping out of shower to put it on sink unit, there was no towel for the floor so shower room/toilet floor was very wet after 2 showers.
The lighting in the room was poor, the ceiling light was poor and the bedside lamps gave very little light off
Its a pity its a great location but not looked after as a property but they seem to be allowing it to go downhill.
