Like the location. The size was ok too.
Just needed a broom in the room so we could sweep floor it gets very dusty.

The apartment itself was fairly spacious even with the sofa bed out. The host was most welcoming and allowed us into the room early as we arrived by public transport and didn't have a vehicle to store our belongings. He also checked in to check all was OK.
Very close to both regent street and the beach.
The neighbour music wasn't great when they were playing it for the whole street to hear.
Was mostly clean, just a few corners etc had been missed.

The he rooms were lovely
I didn’t like the fact all the stairs and all dirty floors as you come in the door and up the stairs

The location was fantastic
The room was filthy and the entrance and hallways were disgusting, although the bed was clean.
It was functional for what we wanted it was like a refuge and there were definitely people living in other rooms like an HMO. It is not reflective of the pictures currently.
