The room and facilities were excellent
The location was perfect.
Nothing - apart from the hot tap we couldn't work as it was also the kettle

Because I was in the studio apartment the noise from the boiler for the hot water tap goes off a lot and is very loud in the night so as a light sleeper disturbed my sleep and the outside light lit up the room as it shone through the blinds as we had ground floor room

Overall, I would give this place 5/5.
The hospitality from the hosts was amazing — 10/10. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially allowing us to leave our car parked there after checking out while we visited SEA LIFE, which was extremely kind and made our day much easier.
The location was also 10/10 — very convenient.
We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There were a few minor things that could have been better, such as the place needing a little more mopping, the bathroom tap being slightly loose, and a damp smell from the extra pillows. However, these were minor issues and did not take away from our overall experience.

Location is very good, clean and welcoming.
Enjoyed the place. Wished it had a microwave and was informed that it was two stairs up.
