The location is brilliant - overlooking the beautiful harbour. The bed was lovely - large & comfy. The staff were very pleasant.

The hotel was a bit sterile in atmosphere and look. Everything thing seemed to be being done to save money and effort; as though the place was for sale and the owners were waiting to leave! Any minute!

I found the hotel very nice, and the staff was very welcoming. The establishment is not new, but it is very well maintained and clean. The staff spoke very little English, but it was enough for us to understand each other without any problems. The room was big enough for two people. It was not particularly spacious, but it was perfectly fine for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely view overlooking the port and the sea. The location is excellent, as the hotel is basically right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area on foot. I recommend reserving a parking space in advance, as it can be quite challenging to find a parking spot on the street. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

I found the room a little expensive, especially considering that neither parking (18 euros per day) nor breakfast was included. We paid roughly €250 per night. For a 3-star hotel in northern Spain, I found the price somewhat high. However, I assume this can be explained by the high season and the strong demand from tourists.

The location is very good with an amazing view. There is a lift.

It felt as if we had stepped back into the 1970s - fading carpet in the room with a champagne bathroom suite. We tried to book a parking space at the hotel but received no response. We ended up having to park in a public car park about 15 minutes walk away from the hotel which meant issues with carrying our luggage across town. Our room didn’t have air conditioning which meant that we got all the noise and smells from the restaurant next door until closing time. It appeared to be seriously understaffed. There was always a queue at reception, and they have a rule that you have to hand in your key every time you go out, so there was a lot of waiting around. You can understand why most of the photos on this site are of the view, not the rooms.
