What an absolute pleasure! From the moment we entered till we left - the Taj hospitality at its best. This is the level of service you crave for which is very hard to find in Germany!
The spa was delightful - Ruthi did an amazing job!
Food at the Bombay Brasserie was top notch - this is what I’d call truly authentic North Indian food. I have failed to find anywhere I could call the food authentic in Germany. Compliments to the chef.
Overall, I’d say this is the level of hospitality and service a 5 star hotel should offer. Others may please take note !
