The room was very big and cozy, the bathroom completely renew. The location was in a quite area near the metro/tram station of Andel and in few minutes we were in the center oh the old town. Along the street there Is a pubblic parking and for 15€ a day we could park our work-van 2.3m
high and 6m long
In the room there wasn't the kettle nor some mineral water

The hotel and room were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The room was very modern and accommodating for tourists with updates for full shower, AC, and mini-fridge. The complementary breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and kind.
The only negative comment I could possibly make was the location. It was in a slightly less nice/run down side of town but not terribly so. I felt safe, had no issues, and it was close to the metro and tram lines. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was as advertised with plenty of food. Room was very big and everywhere was beautifully clean. Bathroom recently updated and was beautiful.
Very close to the tram stop which took us everywhere for free as we were over 65! Staff on reception was very helpful with where to eat and which stops for the attractions.
No tea and coffee facilities and one one pillow per person. We booked through Booking.com which we always use and on their website it showed a photo of a kettle and tea and coffee making facitiles. However, there was none in the room so we asked the reception but they said they never had any kettles in their rooms and had none to supply us. This is a deal breaker for us! Also we only had one pillow on each bed and none in the wardrobe but asked for two more and eventually these were brought to the room. As a 4 star I would expect 2 pillows per person and tea and coffee making facilities.

The included breakfast is very complete with many choices both in food and drink; varied breads and cakes, hams, cheeses, eggs and bacon plus fruits and even veggies along with a coffee machine offering from expresso to drip coffe, and everything in between (cappuccino, etc.)
The room was actually two rooms, one with a sofa bed and the other with a queen (two singles together) BUT the A/C unit was in one of the rooms (the sofabed one) with the expectation that it would cool the other room as well.... suffice it to say we all ended up uncomforable; one freezing while the others were warm.
Also while the shower size was appropriate for us (small to medium sized people), the bathroom itself was uncomfortable bc there was no counter space at all, nor was there where to hang bath towels for three people (only one hook available!) or where to place your clothing.
Regarding location... not the best for tourists. We enjoy walking but a 40 min walk in debatably not a great area made us regret our choice and the Uber experiences were regretful.
