I wan't to start by saying this room was better than Rome itself. The staff was so amazing, they draw the best places in Rome on a map and explained the city to us. Not only the places, but how to be careful and watch out for pickpockets, public transport, where to eat etc.
Huge thanks to them.
The room was very clean and it had a big TV with smart features. View is very nice and you get water heater and tea etc. in your room.
In the common area there is also a coffee machine with different and tasty options.
Also the location is very very good. We walked everywhere in Rome and it was thanks to this place's location.
The biggest reason this review is not 10 is because of the shower. Water pressure is beyond terrible, and it is not a pleasant experience at all.
Other than that, the elevator is very old and squeaks. Wi-Fi speeds and coverage should be improved as well.

The location near Termini was convenient. Mark went above & beyond to help us with our needs. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable & spacious with everything we required.
Nothing to report.

Great location for interrailling being only a short walk from the main train station. Clean room. Short walk to all main sightseeing locations or Metro station for anything further.
Bed was very hard, but a very minor point, given the location to everything.
