Good location, nice beds with soft matrases. Surprisengly good breakfest, reccomend.
Sound insulation between rooms and hallway is poor.

The restaurant beside the hotel.
I believe could improve the breakfast options. Should have a room service once is a 4 stars hotel. Also they should make a top roof for a leisure or a pool.
To get into Bergamo by bus needs a ticket. By taxi is 50 euros.
