Chiara was welcoming from the very beginning. Communication and directions were key. We booked the lake view and we had the best view in the building. You couldn’t ask for a better spot to enjoy Lake Como. We spent dinner and breakfast on our balcony because the view was just that good. 100% recommend.

Clean
1-The heaters did not work although the temperature was 9 degrees centergraates.
2-The parking fees shall be cleared in Booking.Com
3-The location shall be cleared at Booking.com that the location is at top of the mountain and very dangerous on asphalted road driving up and down narrow
4- Lack of staff during breakfast only one employee does every thing including receptions works
5-The main door close at 20:00, after that use back door to enter
6- Very narrow stair case leads to the 3 rd floor unsafe to use for person
7- Breakfast is very limited and repeated every day such as no options for eggs, bread,
$$$$
