Marco at the front desk is the best receptionist we ever had. He is nice, friendly and helpful. There is a lot of local shops and restaurants around the hotel. There is a lot if selection for breakfast. It had fresh squeezed orange juice. Overall, breakfast is good. If you have difficulty getting taxi, the receptionist will call it for you. It happened to us when we had difficulty getting taxi or Uber to the cruises terminal.
Sometimes you can hear loud noises from outside of the room and upper floor. The room size is little small for us. It had 2 small elevators.
