The hotel is situated within a short walk to my favorite cala. It was a last minute reservation as I wanted to extend my stay in Cala Ratjada, and it was the only one at a reasonable rate. I enjoyed the breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised with the fresh pineapple, the nuts and seeds to be added to your yogourt. I added one point to my evaluation thanks to the breakfast.
I suppose the better reviews are from clients who stayed in the main building and on higher floors. Room 54 that I stayed in is in a secondary building down the road, on the ground floor, right next to the laundry room, and in my opinion a 3 star hotel should not offer it. There's a smell of humidity, there's lots of noise from the laundry room, the elevator and traffic outside the window. It does look like a room in a dormitory rather than a hotel room. The single bed was rather uncomfortable. Luckily, I spent only one night and used it just to shower and sleep. For a slightly lower price I stayed in much better rooms at hostals in the area.

It was close to the beach. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We could hear everything going on in the room above and next to us.

Nice location only 10-15 minutes walk from lovely beaches and swimming spots. Very easy to find. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Staff were always available on the desk.
Things like fridges and safes are extras you have to pay for, which didn’t affect us that much but it’s good to be aware of in advance.
