Ellena was exceptional very helpful nothing was too much. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with bus stop out the front very convenient. Would stay here again.

It was perfect. The owners and the people working there are super kind. Everything was clean. Breakfast is Good and they have Gluten free options. We enjoyed our time there.

A very good hotel, ideally located close to the town. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially John at the reception. The breakfast was also excellent.
The hotel is located on the main road, but this was not a major issue. There is a great swimming pool just across the road, and the beach is also nearby.
We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a short stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful where possible. The pool was okay after a day at the beach, which was only a 5-minute walk away . The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided.
The biggest disappointment was our room; we booked a family deluxe apartment, but there was nothing deluxe about it. The room advertised on the site was nothing like what we got. In all my years of traveling around the world, I have never asked to move rooms. We were then told by the owner that they can't advertise each room separately and that the room pictured in the advertisement is room 106, which isn't available. I said the room we booked at €340 is not what we were given. They offered us an extra room as one of the bedrooms couldn't fit the three beds that were shoehorned into one room, which wouldn't allow the door to close.
Then they offered us a different room, To which we showed him a picture of and explained, "This is what was advertised, so this is what we expected." The owner said in two days we would be moved to a bigger room. I asked, "The room in the pictures?" He said, "Two days." Two days later, we were moved from room 102 to 103. It was the same dated room but with a different layout—absolutely shocking. At this point, we went to complain, but this time the owner did nothing but offer us €50 to spend at the bar. This is not what we expected when we booked the apartment, to be given low-grade accommodation compared to what was advertised. I don't usually right reviews but i just didn't want this to happen to some other family.
