Staff were exceptional - very helpful anytime we yalked yo them, and kept us up to date when our room service order was late and they didn't have a few items we asked for.
Fast check in.
Room size was good.
Comfy bed.
Free gym usage (we didn't use this facility but it is nice for it to be included and we would use in the future).
Near bus route.
Shower in room 37 makes a horrendous noise when turned on, the pressure on the first night was poor - it would have been more effective to stand outside in the rain with shampoo.
The food was a little pricer than we would have liked.

Location ok. Car parking ok. Room spacious.
Bathroom water not draining satisfactorily. Food was unexceptional. No value for money at dinner. Poor experience. Room tea area and facility poor e.g. no pg tips or tetley tea bags offered, only herbal tea. At breakfast in restaurant, no jug with tea or coffee. Very poor.
