Staff were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, even when I kept running out of milk for tea then staff were always happy to provide more, and more teabags too.
Location was good, close enough to both the bay and the city, and all amenities within walking distance.
The rooms were clean and tidy, with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided (and they all smelled lovely).

Fantastic walk along the hotel. Lovely bedroom!! Fantastic friendly staff. Yummy breakfast.
Not keen on the meal for dinner.

Staff were good
Breakfast was ok, not great quality but this type of large numbers have to be catered for with cheaper foodstuffs ,so not really problem.

Several Front desk staff were less than helpful, not interested and some even had attitude problem. They had better things to do rather than answer our questions (it even started when we tried to register in)
