The room was spacious clean and well equipped, The air con was much appreciated,
Toilet flush in bathroom was not good. Annoyingly subtitles were moving around on the TV screen and we were unable to remove them. We had a meal in the Thomas restaurant but unfortunately the staff weren't at all knowledgeable about gluten free requirements, We were only presented with a folder to sort things out ourselves, I do not expect this from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. It was within walking distance of the theatre, cinema, restaurants and train station which was short journey into Cardiff centre.
The hotel room was reasonable size with a decent shower room.
The food was good and was reasonably priced. The staff were excellent.
The wardrobe was quite small but was okay for a short stay. Some minor faults.

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Out dated and in need of modernisation. Only one lift working and had to use stairs most of the time. Not ideal as I was on 5th floor!
