The phones in the rooms didn't work so not helpful speaking to each other room to room. Dining in hotel good though and central location

Excellent stay , good value for money, all staff were professional while remaining friendly and approachable (which in hospitality) can sometimes be a challenge. Location was great for Cardiff Pride , the parking was a bit unclear but I was happy to leave my veichle in John Lewis .
I will certainly be booking again .
