Excellent customer service, a nice neighbourhood out of the city centre and near the Quays. Comfortable for a big group

Location for principality stadium and mermaid quayside excellent.
One big room great for family or groups of friends.
Hosts very helpful in responding to my pre arrival yon parking etc.
It was exactly what we expected from the description so no issues.

Property was perfect for our girlie evening either Take That! Great location, owners were perfect, generous with leaving us drinks and water and toiletries.
The bathroom is a little small and no milk to go with the tea and coffee.
The bed sheets were perhaps a bit warm for the summer months.

The property was clean and the owners have done their best to make it the best they can with some little added extras as focusing touches. They have tried to make the best of the property. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep . The location is central and ideal and the owners were very good with communication and helpfulness.
Unfortunately all the efforts cannot disguise that this is a damp basement with crumbly walls and noisy people living above and there were so many strong perfumes to try to disguise the damp smell of the property that it irritated my nose and was a bit overpowering but some people might like that .
