We had the best room, with a fabulous view from the balcony, luxury bathroom and sofa.
I enjoyed the breakfast Asti Spumante.
Bit of a struggle with our luggage up the stairs, but we managed and were offered help.

Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella e storica. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e le pietanze cucinate e presentate con cura.
Manca un ascensore (ma presumo che in una struttura di questa tipologia non sia fattibile). La toilette era decisamente troppo piccola come pure la doccia.

Location and service food as well as wine selection.
Attention for clients to be improved. There was a discount of 20% on food if you were staying at least 4 nights. This information is basic and normally is given at the beginning of the stay, like breakfast time and how to access during nights... So just three basic information. We got this info the last night the tenant at check out mentioned that was written somewhere in the documentation given at beginning.. Maybe it's true I didn't read about it, but discounts info if available shall be given at beginning. So I basically paid about 150 CHF more just because I paid the same night of the dinner and not at check out. At least as a small sense of compansation of this misunderstanding the cost of water and candies could be given as free (20 CHF). However it could be partially our fault but also staff fault.. We booked every day dinner and no info about this discount was given.
