We loved the different seating areas. The restaurant and all hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They paid attention to detail and always made you feel comfortable and happy.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of the Zocalo, it is convenient, safe and central. This is definitely a safe place to stay but you won't get the neighborhood vibes, it will be more "city". Great beds, staff and cafe with free food for guests!
Not much to complain about, just recommend taking into account all the traffic leading up to the zocalo/hotel.
