I wanted to stay at this property since I saw it but their suites weren’t big enough for all 4 of us to have separate beds but we went back once 2 people in our party had left and this place was really nice. Clean, neat, safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities with a restaurant, a cafe, and a rooftop patio! Next to the VIPS too for great food. We felt very safe walking close by. Every little detail in this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL from free fruit and snacks at the reception and each floor “lobby”? To the attention to detail from house keeping. When we arrived there it took no time for the bell man to greet us at our uber and take our luggage even though it was late at night. They even have umbrellas they let you use for when it rains! Right at the heart of centro histórico super close to everything.
I wish the doors would have security swing latches to make us feel safer but that’s it this hotel truly exceeded my expectations

Very good location. Close to Zocalo. Very good laundry service. Very good in-house cafeteria. Veryvgood breakfast too. Excellent wifi, when it's on.
Very user-unfriendly safe box. Uniquely bad design in the world. Also in very dim place where you need a torch to even read the hugely complex user instructions.
Bathroom tap and shower has very low and painful flow rate. It takes a long time to wash hands properly.
No external facing windows.
They require damage deposits before you enter the room.
I'm sure the hotel managers do not like these in their home.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace on the 5th floor is very nice and especially at night, it is very nice and relaxing. I also liked how they have fresh fruit and water on every floor. The security guys are very friendly and helpful.
I did not like that the manager in the hotel restaurant did not allow us to bring our own cake to sing happy birthday to our daughter and we had to go out and buy a plastic knife so that we could cut it and we practically had to eat it in our hands. We did not want to buy real utensils since we were traveling out of the country.

Breakfast buffet was nice, staff were friendly.
Room was very small, no windows, air conditioning didn’t work properly.
