Spot on
Location, staff were very pleasant and friendly. Hotel layout was good, lots of nooks and crannies to sit quietly and outside space was good.

Clean and tidy, good parking and very helpful staff
The entrance hall to the wing we stayed in was like a smoking shelter and smelt terrible. Cold water in the shower that we had to get the staff to come and sort out.
