Very clean and modern, with thoughtful luxurious touches throughout

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the private pool was very conveniently placed.
Maybe the place could use more shaded places. There is a lot of sun and few places to hide from it.

As many of the reviews already state - the customer service and staff at this hotel are exceptional. The hotel is also very modern and communicating with the staff through the messaging service is very efficient and helpful. We were a bit unfortunate with our timing staying here due to a big storm passing over but it was still a good experience just being in the hotel, I can only imagine what it's like here in peak summer. The spa facilities are great and you can book 1 hour private sessions for 20 Euro per person which is reasonable. The food is also high quality, both breakfast and dinner. I think I left this hotel 2kg heavier than when I entered.. I would fully recommend going half board and enjoying the dinner. Don't have much more to say really, I never usually leave reviews but this place deserved one. 10/10
Nothing at all. The only negative from our experience was the weather which is outside of the hotels control.
