FANTASTIC LOCATION (and transport links) view from the balcony was well worth the little extra cost. Room small but had everything we needed. Staff excellent. Breakfast delicious.
Wifi never connected, but staff comp'd us for the lack of this. Bed a little squeaky but still comfortable. Room very small, but we weren't there to spend time in the room so didn't matter. None of this mattered compared to the positives- given the price!

Love the location of this hotel. Walking distance to many major sites. The room is pretty small but acceptable. The guest waiting area is gorgeous and cozy.

Location is great, but at the moment whole street is under construction, drills and noise from the street starts 7:30/8am
The double bed was very small, and the room did not have a balcony as expected. The main door had a large gap underneath, so every noise and movement from the corridor could be heard clearly, making it difficult to relax or sleep.
The cleaners were also very noisy in the morning, talking on speakerphone outside the rooms from around 8:00 am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, the lack of soundproofing and early morning noise made the stay disappointing.
