The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, except for a staff member named Sedat, who was very disrespectful and unprofessional. His attitude and manner were not appropriate

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mehmet, who was extremely kind, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Honestly, I did not have any negative experience during my stay. Everything was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with the hotel and the service.
