Great renovated clean hotel

Staff are very nice, the rooms are recently renovated, clean and welcoming. 15 minutes from the beginning of Ramblas

No air flow or windows that are capable of opening, just air conditioning. Complicated lighting system, but practical when you understand it Floating shelves instead of closet W/C and shower are a part of the main room, not separate

Adequate for the purpose of my trip and included breakfast.

My sister was staying at the Marriott Renaissance with a work conference and The Mirror came up as close enough to walk between the two without being on a busy street, so was perfect for us to meet up. Breakfast was good and the staff always happy and helpful.

The hotel is refurbishing floors (4th) which I did not know about prior to my stay. I was on level 7 but had a noisy air con unit which kept me awake but was worried that I would be moved closer. I finally gave in on my last night and mentioned it was not right they moved me to level 2 which was much better and the air con worked quietly. Should have said something earlier but the staff were more than accommodating and sorted out my issue to my satisfaction.

Excellent as always, with brilliant staff and a newly refurbished room. Couldn't be faulted.

We are regulars and it never disappoints.

Great!

Modern hotel with clever use of mirrors. Spacious rooms and showers. Sauna and pool looked great; didn’t use them.

Beds were quite soft and would have liked some milk with the coffee in the room.

Good overall, convenient location,very quiet, reasonably clean, comfy bed.

Clean, modern, very quiet - good room soundproofing. Ok distance from central plaza. You could walk it, but plenty of public transportation options close around. Nice neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores everywhere.Fairly clean. Breakfast didn’t seam worth it so we opted out.

Rooms were a little bit "cold" aesthetically wise. A little too modern and minimal. Not very inviting to stay in it for anything more than to sleep. Also, decorations were a bit worn out ( sidings on the bed, cushion/leather upholsteries etc). I know mirror is the name, but it was a little too “mirrory "

Enjoyed our week.

Cleanliness. Helpful, smiling staff. Very comfy bed and pillows. Location. Surrounded by lots of places to eat / drink. Safe neighbourhood. 10 to 15 minutes walk from high end shops, Gaudi attractions and main transport (metro stops and R2 / airport / montmello train line)

Great concept but, parts of the room are starting to show wear e.g. scuffs and scratches on furnishings, plus drawer and cupboard which didn't close properly These will need renovating or replacing soon to maintain the 'adult only' image. Thankfully the cleanliness and daily servicing of the room easily made up for this. Also TV wasn't 'smart' as could not find it as a device to cast from phone despite trying a few different apps including the one suggested by the TV settings.

Breakfast excellent, staff extremely helpful. Very comfortable bed. Super location. Great sauna.

Rooftop 'pool' is tiny. 2metres x 2 metres x 500mm deep my wife thought it was the plunge pool for the sauna.

Staff were realky helpful, indeed combined with a Super comfortable bed made rhe stay pleasant.

Requiring the sauna to be on ideally 1 hour before. This is understandable but would be good to have this on at key times. When requested this was done without hesitation

One of our favourite accommodations

Everything! The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the pool. We loved every part.

The only thing I could fault if being picky is the pillows. Felt like nothing under your head.

Located in the Eixample district with easy access to the metro. Great views and safe area. Lots of restaurants and tapas close by. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I guess we shouldn’t have been surprised that there were large wall mirrors in the room, hence the name of the hotel.

We like the service from the reception. Very nice and professionel.

I did not like That the Windows could not open, for getting some fresh air from the outside. That Was the Thing that make us leave the hotel after only one Day. If People can't open the Window for fresh air. Then it's not good hotel. The air from outside is verden important

Superb

Very well located and great staff. The room was much bigger than expected and well equipped. All the amenities according of what you can expect from a 4 star hotel and quite a unique design!

Room very white, felt a bit like going back to the dentists. The designs are cool but the rooms and some of the amenities need a facelift. The AC in the room was noisy but worked well

Chic boutique hotel in downtown Barcelona

Small boutique hotel with modern decor. Great location - close to the heart of downtown Barcelona; subway and bus stops; lots of local restaurants and shops. Quiet because it's a few blocks away from the main downtown streets. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Working sauna and small plunge pool (not heated). Optional full or continental breakfast (somewhat pricey)

Air conditioner was not well regulated. At 23- 24C itvwould run quite cold, then shut off until it got stuffy before coming on again. Plunge pool not heated (cold for spring, autumn and winter) Breakfast is pricey.
